# How to Retrieve the "System Information" File


Sometimes when our customers have any issues with the Popup Builder plugin we might ask them to send **"System Information"** file in order to do some investigations. 

As the issues can be related from multiple reasons (like theme, browser, version of the WP, other plugins and etc.) we ask this file to be able to solve the issues.

Please check these steps and after see the gif below on how to do that: 

* Go to your WP Dashboard
* Press on **"Popup Builder"** field, after on **"Settings" **option
* After, you will see the Debug Tools table, please press on **"Download" **button under it
