How to Use the Popup Builder Newsletter Tool
The Popup Builder Newsletter tool allows sending newsletter emails to your subscribers collected with our Subscription popup.
It's the best way to keep in touch with your subscribers by sending them welcoming emails, updates from your blog posts, information about new offers and discounts.
The tool is available in a Subscription popup, which comes with the free version of the plugin.
In order to access the tool, open the Popup Builder from your WordPress Dashboard and click on the Newsletter.
The following options are available along with the Newsletter Settings.
Choose the popup the subscribers of which you want to send a newsletter.
Emails to send in one flow per 1 minute: select the number of emails you want to send in one flow per 1 minute.
From email: insert an email the Newsletter will be sent from.
Email's subject: choose the appropriate subject for the email.
With the Edit newsletter email template below option customize the email template by using the default and custom field's shortcodes available on the right side of the page.
Please note, that the First name and Last name will be automatically converted into your subscriber's First name/Last name and the Blog name will be converted into your company name.
You can also send a test newsletter by using the Send a Test option to ensure the tool is working properly. There is chance to send the test newsletter by inserting the test email in the relevant field.
In the end, simply use the Send Newsletter option to start the campaign.
