# How to Use Video Extension

[Video extension](https://popup-builder.com/downloads/video-popup/) is a great tool to show your desired videos inside the popup.
Videos can be added from YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion.
Custom videos can be uploaded as well.

Once the extension is purchased, make sure to install and activate it on your website like this:

### The following steps need to be taken to create the Video popup

* Open the Popup Builder from your WordPress Dashboard and click on **''Add new''**:

* Click on the **Video**:

* Insert the URL of the video or upload the custom video.
Enable the **Autoplay**, in case you want the video to play automatically once the popup opens:

||| Please, note that the majority of the browsers permit the autoplay only with the muted state for a better user experience so the sound won't cause any inconvenience.
