Elementor is the website building platform for WordPress, which helps you to create pages and posts using the visual editor.
Using Popup Builder it is possible to open the on click popup, when any of the elements created with the Elementor is clicked.

Create the popup and set the On Click event for it from the Events section.
Open the Elementor built page and choose the Button element to insert over there.
From the Button editing section switch to the Advanced tab and put the popup class into the CSS Classes section. After, press Update to save the changes.
