The Popup Builder Autoresponder feature is included in the Subscription Plus extension. It is a great feature to set and send an autoresponder (automatic email) to your subscribers under specific conditions.

Required Steps to create an Autoresponder

Go to your WordPress Dashboard >> Popup Builder >> Add New Template.



Please note that you can use already available templates or create an email template from scratch.

Go to your WordPress Dashboard >> Popup Builder >> Autoresponder >> Add New Autoresponder.



How to configure an Autoresponder



Add a Title for your Autoresponder email
Enter an Email subject
Choose your desired contact name
Select an email the Autoresponder will be sent from
Specify the Email address to which the subscribers can Reply to.
Select the Email Template which one you had already created for your Autoresponder.
Choose the Subscribers list to which you want to send an Autoresponder.

Please note that the subscribers lists are attached to the subscription popups you have

With the Autoresponder rule, you can specify under which conditions to send an Autoresponder to your subscribers. The following Autoresponder rules are available to choose for sending an Autoresponder email.

1. After successful subscription
2. After new page creation
3. All tags/selected tags (that exist in the posts)
4. All new posts (published)/Select post categories
5. All new downloads (EDD)/Select Download categories
6. All new Products ( WooCommerce)/Select Product categories

Click Publish to start the Autoresponder.
